Knowing your available coverage in terms of treatments and services should be easy with the help of our front desk. We can help you determine the amount your insurance company will cover, too.
A lot of dental insurance plans cover their patients’ initial exam, diagnostics, and 6-month basic dental cleanings without requiring money from their end. There are also insurance plans that cover basic dental procedures, like root canals, extractions, fillings, and crowns at 50% to 80%.
In addition to determining your coverage, we can also assist you in filling out your form and handling insurance-related questions. We are accepting several PPO dental plans like Aetna, United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross, Delta Dental, Metlife, Humana, Cigna, and others.
Our office also accepts HMO insurances like Cigna, Safeguard, Aetna, Delta Care, and Guardian. Medicaid patients can also seek our services which include x-rays, fluoride treatments, root canals in the front teeth, fillings, prefabricated crowns (tooth colored and stainless steel) and full dentures.
For us to be able to help you, you’ll need to have your identification card with you on your first visit to our office. Let the front desk know which insurance plan you possess and provide any information required. After assessing your data, we can help you know whether or not your insurance will cover the services you are planning to get as well as the amount of money you need to pay as a co-payment. Through our treatment coordinators, we’ll discuss your insurance coverage after you’ve been seen by your dentist and you’ve been properly diagnosed and advised.
As part of the courtesy we extend to our patients, we will gladly file your insurance claims on your behalf. Because we know that dental procedures are typically expensive despite having an insurance, we are offering a wide range of flexible financing arrangements you might find helpful.
